With just 3 or more people, we can start a circle to practice the core skills of Mindfulness Meditation and experience its immediate and life-changing benefits.

In the process, we experience the many benefits of the practice as the brain and the body get rewired and as the mind strengthens and deepens in Self- Awareness (the door to Freedom from all suffering/struggle/neediness…).

Greater self-acceptance and self-love
Greater acceptance of and love for others

Happy and Peaceful NO MATTER WHAT!
Don’t you want that?
Some people will say that it is unrealistic and even undesirable to be unconditionally happy, arguing that it would somehow cause us to deny our unpleasant feelings or states. Don’t be fooled by that. That may be true for those who don’t understand what it means to be ‘unconditionally happy’.
To be ‘unconditionally happy’ means that you are grounded in your NATURAL joy, your NATURAL peace NO MATTER WHAT. Without denying ANY feeling or state, but meeting each one peacefully, giving each the space and time to move through your field of awareness, you are at your most real, your most natural, your most powerful, your most grounded, your most healthful.
Get in touch. I’ll come to your area and teach and guide once a week. It is my intention to start many, many more circles in Brisbane up to 15 km from the CBD. And if you’re outside this radius, I’ll do it with you online within a radius of 6371km 🙂
