Lucy and I met in early 2018 at a workshop, I was attracted to her calmness and sense of peace. Since that time, Lucy has given me one-to-one counselling, meditation and mindfulness teaching. I have attended weekly online mindfulness sessions, together with Lucy visiting my home to assist my mother and I.

We have benefited greatly from Lucy’s passion, wisdom and care. In particular Lucy has helped me with my anxiety. In every day life I feel more of a sense of presence, and am enjoying a calmer mind. Lucy has been inspirational in my life, and has inspired me to become a qualified meditation teacher. It complements my Masters degree in Special Education.I have much gratitude towards Lucy, and highly recommend her to assist with any mental health and well-being issues that a person may be experiencing in their life. In addition, anybody who is experiencing trauma of any kind, or who is looking for a sense of inner stillness.

Lucy has a way of asking questions that makes me really look deeper and she has a lovely soothing voice! I suffer from anxiety and she has given me strategies to manage it and helped me to feel calm. She does wonderful guided meditations. One example of a strategy I use is she once said to me in a counselling session:  Ask yourself “is it true?” This still helps me to this day to have an awareness when negative self talk creeps in! This one simple question can be very effective in reducing further anxiety within me. I recommend asking Lucy for guidance as she is well equipped and passionate with helping others.
